James Suk, B.Comm - Managing Director

James Suk holds over 16 years of experience in marketing communications, creative direction and print management. In the past 10 years, James has provided project management for Web services and marketing for the technology sector and new ventures. James co-founded Image Factory Inc. in 1993. James has since held postings at Tourism Vancouver, Altus Solutions, MAKE Technologies, Mobile Operandi and Versawave – all consultancy roles in marketing communications. Currently, Mr. Suk is employed as a management consultant with Pinchevsky - providing technical and financial consulting services to the technology sector within the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) program of the CRA.

James holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of British Columbia. Since 1995, James has been a volunteer member of the board and is past-President of Richmond Youth Service Agency, a non-profit community association founded in 1974.

Louis Duarte, Creative Director

Louis has been working in corporate communications for 19 years with specific expertise in corporate identity, branding and digital media. Having worked for many of the country's top design firms in Toronto, Vancouver and Ottawa, Louis’ client portfolio contains a rich mixture of brands including Scotiabank, The Royal Canadia Mint, Laura Secord, Galileo International and Direct Energy.

At Image Factory, Louis has applied his wide-ranging experience and creativity to clients such as Lustro - The Card Company, International Herbs, Axton, and Travel and Tourism Research Association. His work has been recognized nationally by both Applied Arts and Design Exchange. Louis is a graduate of St. Lawrence College for Graphic Design, Sheridan College for Computer Design and Vancouver Community College for Multimedia Design.
