Image Factory offers communication design in corporate identity, branding, print collateral and interactive media. The creation of your corporate ID or collateral package is approached in stages. The commitment to each stage: discovery, creative and production is critical to successfully developing a new creative project. This eliminates redundancy of effort and offers clear steps of approval going forward. By maintaining low overhead operations and a minimized infrastructure – IFI can focus on the key aspects of the creative process: communication, compelling visuals and a willingness to fully understand the business of our customers. IFI utilizes the following approach:

Discovery
A meeting is held to identify the key objectives of the corporate brand and collateral. Your preferences, values and priorities are identified as well as the boundaries and limitations based on competitors. The core strengths of the company, positioning within the industry and the desired external projection will all need to be communicated. From this, your expectations, timelines and budget will be incorporated into the overall proposal.

Creative
The discovery stage will allow for an appropriate creative strategy in both design and content. Success depends largely upon the message distilled by the client and creative team which accurately reflects their intentions. Otherwise, the most graphically pleasing material may still fail in its objectives. In instances where there is existing brand identity and associated business goodwill, effort will be made not to alienate the customer base and risk brand disassociation.

Production
Effective planning and strategy will avoid having to make changes in art direction at a late stage of execution – which can be costly and time consuming. Therefore, clear steps of approval and agreement in direction will be conducted throughout the creative and production stages. IFI will ensure that any artwork and digital media is produced professionally using industry standard software to ensure accessibility in the future for any agency or in-house staff.
